Sunnyside

Sunnyside, a tranquil residential neighborhood, is dotted with single family homes and sandwiches the Monterey Blvd commercial strip. Homes here are more affordable than in Glen Park, with endless shopping and dining options spaced along Monterey Boulevard, Glen Park Village, and Ocean Avenue. BART and freeway access to Downtown and to South Bay make transportation easy. Part of City College of San Francisco’s campus is also within the bounds of Sunnyside, attracting some daytime traffic in the area.

Sunnyside offers many recreational opportunities including Sunnyside Conservatory and Sunnyside Recreation Center, which has been recently remodeled and provides great enjoyment to families in the neighborhood. Balboa Park is also nearby with playing fields, tennis courts, a playground and indoor swimming pool.
